What is JDBC

→ JDBC stands for Java Database Connectivity.

→ JDBC API is Java API that defines how a client application may access and execute query with the database.

→ It provides methods to query and update data in a database.

→ Some database vendors like MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle Database, DB2 etc.
